Our move to level 3 - what this means for you!

For furniture deliveries that were pre-booked before lockdown - we can proceed with these in a contactless manner to all Level 3 regions. Our trucking companies will be in touch with you to reschedule a suitable day. Contactless means that our trucking companies will deliver your furniture into your garage, they cannot deliver into your main home or set up your furniture for you. Unfortunately we will not be able to delver to Auckland and Northland until they shift to Level 3. 

 For furniture orders that have arrived into our warehouse over lockdown - we will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable delivery day once we know our trucking companies capacity when they have cleared their backlog. Again, this is only for Level 3 regions and unfortunately doesn’t include Auckland and Northland. For online orders made over lockdown - your orders will be couriered out from Wednesday. This includes all regions. 

If you ordered furniture online over lockdown that requires delivery via a furniture truck, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery day if you are in Level 3. If your query hasn’t been answered above, please email online@furnish.co.nz and we will reply promptly. 

 We have many orders to despatch and we understand that you are keen to receive your goodies but we ask for your patience over this time while we work to get your gorgeous purchases out to you as quickly and efficiently as we can.

Unfortunately our doors will remain closed until level 2, however we are available via virtual consult if you need any assistance!
